If you are feeling stuck or blocked from your own natural forward movement, it can cause mental or physical distress. Often, this can give rise to emotions like sadness, anger, envy and frustration. Events from your past may trigger you in negative ways, but we all have a well of resilience; The evidence of your resilience is that you’ve survived and arrived where you are in your life. You deserve to be happy, and I can help you to leave unhelpful thoughts and behaviours in the past, and to create a future life of fulfillment.

Even when we do our best to thrive, the underlying beliefs we have about ourselves may actually sabotage our efforts. ‘Underlying beliefs’ are the thoughts we tend to keep secret, even from ourselves.
Our secret doubts can trip us up as we walk out the door to go about our business as intelligent and competent adults. That’s why my work focuses on uncovering and resolving underlying or ‘core beliefs’ that can hurt you and disrupt your progress … without your even knowing.
Using a blend of therapies, I work gently to help you understand your negative beliefs about yourself. As part of this, we gently address issues such as anxiety and depression and changing negative beliefs, particularly those hovering just outside of conscious awareness. Together, our aim is to build your self-confidence and self-esteem for you to move forward in your life.
